- As we are receiving a high volume of calls and text messages daily, we are no longer doing any type of scheduling via text messaging. This can be sometimes overwhelming and confusing. Once you login to Vagaro, you select the tab “Appointments”, then either click Reschedule or More (to cancel.)
- We prefer you do all scheduling through our online booking system, but we understand if it’s easier to schedule over the phone. If we missed your call, please leave a voicemail with your name, number and what service(s) you are wanting to schedule for, and someone will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
- Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it needs. As a result, we respectfully request at least a 48-hr. notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Failing to give a 48-hr notice, will result in a 50% charge of your service.
- Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, then it will require us to reschedule your appointment and you’ll have to pay a $55 late fee.
- Our goal is for each client to love their results and your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, you have within 7 days from your original appointment to come back to the salon and have the stylist make any corrections and will be free of charge.
- If you are dissatisfied with any products or tools, you have within 5 days from day of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- All hair accessories are FINAL SALE.
- Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
- The safety of our staff and clients is our upmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear a mask or reschedule if you have any cold or flu like symptoms.

- *TIP* The more often you come in, the more we recommend booking multiple appointments in advance. If you come in every 4-6 weeks, we suggest scheduling 4-5 appt out. Every 8-12 weeks, schedule at least 2-3 appt. out. 1-2 times a year, we challenge you to schedule 2 appts, at 6 months a part. You and your hair will thank you when your appointment time is here!
- *TIP* Feel free to add yourself to the Waitlist as many times as you prefer! The more dates you select, the more it gives you a chance to get in if we get any cancellations. You will automatically be added to the schedule if the time allows it.
